Chris Tilley reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Chris Tilley within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just send us an email and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
